UL Panel Design and Fabrication
Custom Control Panels
PA Technologies is a certified UL 508A Industrial Control Panel manufacturer, providing both custom-designed and pre-designed control panels. Our pre-designed panel solutions are developed for packaging and process applications, enabling reduced cost of ownership and faster deployment.
Our team utilizes industry-standard design tools, including EPLAN and AutoCAD, to develop panel layouts and documentation that support efficient fabrication and installation. All panels are built in accordance with UL 508A standards, with labeling and certification included as part of our panel fabrication process.
As part of our turnkey automation solutions, we integrate these panels into complete control systems, supporting projects from design through startup and commissioning.
Design Build Control Panels
We offer build-to-print services for clients with pre-designed control panels. Our build-to-print services include updating and optimizing panel designs, purchasing components, panel assembly, component wiring, quality inspection, safety inspection, performance testing, and updating documentation. Our team of highly skilled panel builders and our specialized tooling allows us to offer fast turnaround times, while maintaining our high-quality assembly procedures.
